This is an 8 day, weight clock, strike and alarm, and is running. Strikes on a coil gong, alarms on a brass bell. A very good full label, replaced zincdial with some damage where other screw holes were made, and also damage aroundthe arbors. Dial isnÕt all that bad and could be repaired and repainted ifyou choose. The real eye catcher are the gilt columns, original and very nice.Both glasses are original, top has been rebacked, bottom has been abused. The picture of a pretty girl was partially scraped so we could see the pendulum swing. How remarkable. Rosewood case has some small veneer repairs mainlyon the door and bottom flat pieces.
