8 day, lever movement, striking hour and half hour gong. Plain silvered metal dial, etched numerals, convex glass, brass back door, original winding key. Apparently the dial has been cleaned which also cleaned some of the black paint from the numerals. Mahogany case is 20-1/2 inches wide, has shaded woods, string inlay, and rolled ends. Case is excellent. Serial number on the base, No. 134258. Ly-American, volume 2, No. 265.
