8 day movement and the original chime movement are running and operating properly. Westminster quarter hour chime on 4 patented "Sonora" resonated bells. 6 inch convex silvered dial with some expected wear. Brass sash with convex glass. High grade mahogany case is just over 12 inches high, 17-1/2 inches wide. On each end there are small pieces of veneer missing, could be easily repaired or donÕt worry about it as you wonÕt see the missing pieces anyway. The case has not been cleaned or polished and could use some Nu-Life or similar polish. This case style is very poplar as it is a cross between the tambour and round top styles.
