There are colorful neon tubes inside and out. The inside tube goes around the dial and is behind the green border. The outside neon tube is around theedge of the green border. All the neon lights up instantly, burns brightly, clock is running. Hand set knob, and on-off switch both on the base. Heavy metal case is 22 inches by 22 inches. Label on the back says, "Neon Products, Lima, Ohio". Overall in excellent condition. For years this hung in an Allis Chalmers dealership, but was never for sale. Finally we were able to buy itand make it available for collectors.
