C.1900, French, Walnut Clock / Barometer, with Centigrade mercury thermometer in the throat section. Has a square movement lantern pinions with gong strike; ticks and strikes but would benefit from cleaning. Retains pierced brass hands. Has 12 individual porcelain cartouche for numerals, some with damage, and some touched up. Case has double Corinthian columns on each side of the dial. The well made Aneroid barometer in the base section appears to be live and reading correctly. Note the old pendulum has been adapted from another clock, with new hook soldered on. Height 33 inches
