Someone washed the shellac off the paint with the result that it looks a bit bright, however a magnifying glass shows that the paint is crazed nicely and is not re-done. Has the original dial and bezel; some touch up to dial paint around 3 o'clock. (and is still flaking in the area); we would leave it alone. The case has multicolor grape vines and grapes molded into the edges of the case. Central scene shows a castle and a ship. Using a Connecticut 30 hour movement. Height 17 inches
