This is a running clock, but with some restorations. As we know the statue mounts on a platform and turns slightly from side to side when running. That platform and the top pivot mount have been newly copied from originals. Mike liked seeing the action of the works without the dial, so made a clear dial (we have the black slate dial with gilt numerals and that is included). Finally, the pendulum itself is a reproduction. See also lot 352. Height 24.5 inches
