C.1937, Barr Mfg. Co., electric timepiece. Barr Mfg Co. started making these timepieces in 1937 after Poole Mfg. Co. stopped production.

These models are usually found using batteries, but this one runs on house current. Because of the professional nature of the 110v wiring and conversion (not to mention the age and deterioration of the wiring), we are inclined to believe this was a "last gasp" effort on Barr's part to merchandise their electric clock. The dial is excellent and the hands and pendulum are original. We have based our estimate on it being correct. Height 9 inches
