This is a nicely detailed figure of a stocky (strong) fellow with a red vest and bowler hat, holding a small 30 hour spring would clock under his right arm. On his back, in a pack are several clocks (the pack houses the spring wound whistling mechanism). When you depress a lever on the rear, he whistles a lively tune while turning his head from side to side. Height 13 inches
