C.1900, French, Brass Cased Carriage Clock, time, strike, repeat and alarm, in generally good condition, the original silver platform/lever intact and running. The case has been re-polished once and the lacquer has worn through in spots and with some scratches. But the best part is the narrow "bamboo" trim which rises at each corner, in bands fully 'round the top and bottom and in a band across the handle. The porcelain time dial has navy blue numerals and the dial is perfect; the alarm dial is cracked and numerals are medium blue. Except for a corner chip in the rear glass, all beveled glass panels are good. Includes original travel case (with heavy wear)and key. Height 7.5 inches
