needing some restoration. This is a nice rafter frame clock, out of the workshop of Benjamin Vulliamy, with serial number 1107, and dated 1837 on the pilot dial. The fan governor for the strike side is partly gone and will need restoration. The meter pendulum is a makeshift that allows the clock to tick, but needs a proper wooden stick replacement. With two old cannon balls as weights, also assorted parts, one motion assembly, one hand and pulleys. Repaired by H. C. Butterfield of Croydon in the 20th century (with a brass plaque attest) Width 20", height 16 inches
