The refinished mahogany veneered case is in very nice condition with well done repairs on the base and a repair on the two middle side pieces. The ivory or bone escutcheons have been replaced with wood and would need attention. The two glasses are not original, although the bottom tablet was done on old glass. The top glass is old, but has been out of the case. The painted wood dial has stress cracks and the slide mirror that fits behind opening is missing. The case houses an impressive side arm strap brass movement. The case once had feet. Height 36 inches
