C.1750, French, Rouelle, Lantern Clock with restoration. Retains original single hand. The side doors are old replacements, as is the pendulum. Has crown verge with short pendulum. Original alarm assembly and alarm disc are intact (they are so often missing on a clock of this are). The oak wall bracket is Victorian, and seems reasonably strong for the job. Retains old brass sheathed weights. (one for alarm and one large weight for the time/strike). This is an opportunity to purchase a nice looking 18th Century clock that has most of its original parts. Height of bracket = 21", Height of clock itself is 14.5 inches.
