This is a clock of very nice quality with a well made movement with a 5 wheel train and maintaining power (note this winds to the left, as is normal for a 30 day Vienna). The walnut case has a nice dark caramel finish, original, that has been polished to a nice sheen. Minor items that kept this from being all excellent are some hairlines in the porcelain dial. Retains proper finials (2 lower) and carved head and tail pieces. Old 5 spoke pulley and old crank as well. The movement has been professionally cleaned and re-strung with gut and is in good running order. Month going clocks are now very hard to locate in Europe. Height 51 inches
