The platform is a recent Swiss unit, and apparently the repairman could not get the proper one, so has slotted the platform and added 3 brass strip/washers to hold it in place. The case is a stamped "Obis" model, the cheapest the French had come up with by that time, the rear glass is chipped, rest is fine. Seems to run Ok, and is a serviceable clock for someone that is not fussy. Height 5.75 inches
