The mahogany veneer case has some heavy brass inlay on the front below the dial, ripple type molding on the base, large back door to access the pendulum and movement. The brass is clean and bright, from the brass finial on top to the four claw-ball feet on the bottom. There are brass side ornaments, hinges and door latch on the back door, heavy brass bezel with beveled convex glass, silver convex dial with recessed numerals, matching and original hands. A stunning collectable clock and it is running. The only negative thing I could find was that "maybe" the four ball-claw feet are not original to the clock. If not they are a wonderful addition. The clock is not perfect, but close to it.
