When the partnership was formed Spring made the cases and Welch made the movements. Round top rosewood case is 36" high, would be 40.5" if it had the base. The case and movement is all you have. The movement is 8 day, OG type, mounted on a slide in seat board, 2 weight time and strike. The case is pictured in Ly-Welch #235, and the movement is #370. Possibly a very rare and valuable clocks when restored.
