This is a hard one to find in this combination of base and statue. It has the original Syrian Bronze finish on both pieces, very little wear or oxidation, a fine clock that we acquired with a large group of other Ansonia clocks. 24" high, 10.75" wide at the base. Nice one piece porcelain dial, beveled glass, original pendulum and back door. The base, "Sibyl" was used with many statues, all attached to the base by 2 pegs on the bottom of the statue. We don't find them any nicer unless it is one Bruce Baziluk has refinished. Ly-Ansonia #1499 is the base with a "Winter" statue. "Summer" is seen at #2845.
