Condition: other than the missing top trim and new pulleys, this is a decent original Vienna Regulator. The movement is by Otto Wagner, Wien, and is of very high quality. The porcelain dial is good and hands original. Has been re-strung with monofilament that gets easily tangled; might suggest some braided Dacron. Lots of potential if you have a top crest. Height as shown 41 inches
