Condition: Walnut veneered case is in good condition refinished long ago, and with minor veneer loss on the right side of the base and some minor loss to the ebonized areas. Original gold leaf columns are now overpainted with gold. Finials have been replaced (and not proper profile). Original dial has been inpainted in the flaked areas and needs professional help. Original tablet is flaking a little. See also lot 554. A little additional effort will improve this clock. Height 16 inches
