Condition: There is a chip on the porcelain dial near the seconds bit (chip is floating and could be glued), The movement is fully wound and not ticking although no broken parts are visible; seems to be bound up. A popular desk clock introduced by Welch around 1890 and carried over in the Sessions line. Height 3.5 inches
