Condition: The movement has a straight click and butterfly bridge so typical of Whiting, and the dial plate is original to the case, however the dial has been repainted, and we have no certification from the dial painter that he applied the same signature as he found originally on the clock. So we must rely on the general attributes of the clock in suggesting that WhitingÕs hands did create the clock. In very clean condition, the case attractively re-gilded. Height 39 inches
