His hammer is attached to the lever beneath the dial and appears to hit the anvil with every tick. A little spelter elephant is mounted to the marble base and appears to be looking at the time. Condition: this clock has been in storage for some time and needs cleaning. It is fully wound and will tick for about a minute after a little twist. The title of the piece is lettered on the silvered dial and engraved into the rear cover as well. Height 2.75 inches
