8 day spring driven movement, strikes on a wire gong, runs fine. This clock was made by the Wm. L. Gilbert Co. and marketed in the south. The inside label reads, "Columbus Clock Co., Columbus, Miss. 25". Veneered case, small amount of chips repaired, carved half columns, old glasses, excellent stenciling, clean original dial, old hands, minute hand old replacement.
