Heavy carvings, flowers, acorns, spoon carvings, large flower basket with lots of flowers, carvings on each side, arched top with four nicely carved finials. 8 day movement strikes a cathedral gong on the half and full hours. Movement signed F. Kroeber. Three-fourths of the Kroeber label on back. This clock has been refinished, replaced paper dial, shows well. Runs and strikes fine. Ly American Clocks, Vol. 1, #547.
