8 day movement with coil gong attached to the movement, is unsigned, and running. Dial center and pendulum have matching engravings. The pulleys and parts of the pendulum are also engraved, while the good brass weights are not engraved. Note that the pendulum stick has a grid or lyre pendulum look with the brass and silver rods and decorative support pieces that are etched to match the dial and bob. The dial ring once silver was polished one too many times, now is a bronze copper color. The case is carved on the base, top and the half columns on each side. A few pieces of brass were used sparingly, not overdone. The carved head piece is not original to this case but with all the other carvings it looks like it should be original. The case is 44.5 inches high, tight, an age or drying crack here and there but no more than normal for European clocks with some age. All 4 glasses are good. 8 daymovement is unsigned but running well. This is a lot of clock for this minimum.
