Reproduction Ansonia "Gloria" swinging arm clock.

One of the first group of reproduction swing arms produced in the early 1990's. When they were first introduced the quality of the castings, balls, and movements, was much superior to those being produced today. In addition the brass case has been completely refinished by Bruce Baziluk, in a Japanese Bronze, highlighted in appropriate places, all brass polished and lacquered. The 8 day movement is running briskly and should give many years of faithful service. It has been on my desk for over a year and everyone who admires it thinks it is a real Ansonia. Being fairly new I will call it mint. Like the originals it is 28.5 inches high, balls finished in blue. Compare with the original in Ly-Ansonia #3005.
