Pretty nice original clock until you put your glasses on. The base is oak like the rest of the case, well made, stained to blend with the other wood perfect-ly, but the catalogs don't show that base. You may know something I don't but I must call it a later addition. It is 38 inches high; all other wood parts are very good, nice dark oak color. Good full label on the back, pendulum correct but will need some adjustments to make it hang straight, paper dial looks old but if they tried to fool me on the base maybe they did on the dial. The clock wants to run. Ly-Ansonia #625. 600 dollars or more if the base were right, .
