An old German company dating back to the 1700's. The 8 day movement is signed, running, has the correct pendulum, strikes quarter hours on 5 rods. Full back door has a mesh and cloth cover, handle in place but no catch. The front door has nice beveled glass. 14 inches high mahogany case with the original finish, darkened with age. Full silver dial, etched numerals, slow-fast and chime-silent subsidiary dials. Silver has some tarnish in heavily touched areas. Clock is running and striking properly.
