I will call this clock rare because it has an alarm in this cheap little case that sold for only 7.15 dollars in 1915. The alarm wind arbor is just below the left column in the base section. Strikes hours on a cathedral gong, alarms on a nickel bell. The dial is brass color, numerals silver, bowed glass. Metal has all been redone with new paint. Wood case is 11.5 inches high, 10.75 inches wide. No label (that you can read) and 8 day movement is not signed, but this clock is in LyIngraham #548.
