Gilt ornaments on the enameled wood, some ornaments are tarnished but will clean up. Columns are dark green metal. Above and below the columns is a block of wood covered in dark green. White paper dial now light brown, rocco sash, original hands. The end pieces resemble a bulldog's face. This old black is all original, complete, and running. Movement is 8 day, strikes a gong on the hours, and half hours on a cup bell. Ly-Waterbury #1054.
