Made of solid mahogany this little case is 18 inches high, decorated glass panels, original and still very nice. Silver dial has raised black numerals, original hands, bowed glass in the plain brass sash. Attractive metal side rails and large eagle on top. 8 day pendulum movement strikes on one long metal rod. The case has a wood split below the bezel and a stupid nail hole on the tail, poorly filled. Ly-New Haven #197.
