They were the first factory in Austria to make pendulum clocks. Merged with Junghans in1901. This clock, a 1 weight Vienna, would have been made in 1901, and called "Remember" in remembrance of a family wedding. The case is 41 inches tall, was cleaned but no feeder put back on the wood. NuLife or similar feeder would do wonders. The mounting plate and the pendulum hanger are both numbered. Serial Number is 33060, and the 1000000 also inscribed on the back plate. Porcelain dial and porcelain beat scale, both very nice. The movement is 8 day, 1 weight, running.
