Movement and pendulum are silver-nickel color, unsigned. Metal dial is signed, "Cirod, Marque Deposee". Mahogany case is 24 inches high, very dirty but no damage. Inside is dirty also. The front is beveled from the sides to the glasses. Movement mounts to a slide in seat board. Chimes on 8 long rods. Complete but I didn't try to make it run.
