C.1890 English, 8-day fusee timepiece movement with tape drive roller.

Condition: Heavy plate chain drive fusee movement is in good condition with surface rust to the steelwork. Fusee stop arm is missing (base is there, easy to make arm). Original painted dial is flaking with some rust. Bezel door is missing. The movement has a long barrel running off the motion work that held some sort of paper tape that performed a recording or signal function. Movement takes a meter pendulum (none included). Spring and chain are good; needs cleaning. Hands are original. Height 8.5 inches
