Condition: there is some rust on the arbors and pinions; should clean off OK; wheels all turn freely, one pin in the escape wheel is broken. Takes meter pendulum. Note typical Garnier pillar design and signature, and with serial number 3769. Porcelain dial is perfect, no chips nor hairlines. Scape wheel is well above center and there is no seconds hand on this movement. Diameter of bezel 14"
