C.1850, Brewster and Ingrahams, ripple molded, 30-hour time/strike shelf clock. Condition: Rosewood veneered case in nice condition with original finish, but in need of restoration. The case needs a bottom and top bezel and glass. Original painted dial is in pretty good condition for its age. Hands are original. Case has a ribbed plate 30-hour brass movement with original brass springs. There is a very interesting black stencil on the back from a firm whose name is hard to make out, but from what can be seen they sold furniture and upholstery on Colonial St in Boston. The stencil is the same age as the clock. No pendulum Height 13.75 inches
