Condition: The ebonized pine case is good condition with original finish, but with some losses on one side. Porcelain dial is perfect. Hands are original. There is a very nicely preserved set of instructions in various languages including English on the inside back cover (w/ water stains). The label claims Mr. Redier as the inventor of the "Pendule-calendrier", the movement with Redier's logo and a'Paris imprints. This is the second example we have in this auction with its original set of instructions. (See previous lot #289) And the two of these are the First we have handled with instruction labels. There are humorous translations in all languages. With original glass slide and date ribbon. 14 inches
