C.1870, Ansonia Brass and Copper Co., chisel bottom mahogany with rosewood banding, school clock with Terry patent calendar. Condition: there are some minor nicks and scrapes to the veneer, but overall it is in very good condition. It is uncommon to find the movement and dial in a drop octagon. The original dial shows wear to the stenciled patent information, but it is still legible. Clock has a MINT inside label and all 3 original hands. Month circle is fine and original also, a little dark with age. Height 24 inches
