Condition: Very heavy and exceptionally well made brass plate movement of the best quality fitted to a brass dial off an earlier tall clock with replaced hands. The whole thing is seated in a contemporary mahogany case that looks fine as is or you could move it to a case of your own design. The movement chimes on 8 tuned bells with the hour strike on a large gong. The pendulum alone weighs 7 pounds. Height 22.5 inches
