Condition: Dome is absent, replaced by 5 panes of glass glued into a dust cover. For research data on this clock, see Derek Robert's book titled British Skeleton Clocks, page 72. As that illustration shows, this clock is a Litchfield Cathedral clock, missing its 3 spires (mounting holes are there). The gong is absent from the base, replaced by the left bell in the spire mount. The time and strike trains are complete, with chains intact, and if you are good at brass work, you can make the spires. If complete, this clock would be at least $5,000, so our estimate allows for restoration. Height of clock and steps 10", including cover and base 14"
