Condition: Marble and ormolu case is in very nice condition with some chips and a couple of repairs to the back edge of the globe top. The case originally had a marble back section that completed the globe form that is now missing and is currently covered with a brass plate. Snake like gilt hands are original. Platform lever, 8-day movement is signed with Vincenti award medallion. A nice subject matter, and the ormolu of exceptional quality. Height 13.5 inches
