The Westclox Company surely served our nation admirably by producing thousands of reliable, sturdy, long-lasting bedside alarm clocks. Some were larger than others. The big ones were named BIG BEN and the little ones were named BABY BEN...and these fit the bedside table more efficiently. I placed a playing card next to the clock in the one photo in order to provide size perspective. This little gem operates properly and features a selection of four settings on the top of the case. The one selector may be set for either ALARM or SILENT and the other selector may be set for either STEADY or REPEAT. The latter allows the sleeper to catch a few extra minutes of rest before the alarm begins to sound off again. One of the winding knobs was missing when we got this clock, but I always keep a drawer full of replacement knobs for just such an occasion. It isn't exactly the same pattern as the other knob, but it fits and does the job perfectly (see photograph). This little honey is priced reasonably for some lucky buyer.
