There is an age or temperature separation of the wood on the back. Not a big deal, and very commonly seen on wood clocks from across the big waters. Brass ring, beveled and bowed glass, silver dial, round brass feet, metal back door opens to allow access to the round French movement. It is a balance wheel escape, one enclosed spring, no doubt 8- day time only, and running. Case and movement are not signed.
