Ansonia Clock Co. "clock". Some scheming clock person came up with a new design, and it isn't half bad.

It would appear they took a statue clock, minus the statue, cut it down, and reconstructed this clock using all the ornaments from the base. The work was certainly not done by Bubba, but more than likely a good shop person. It is 15 inches high, has all the case ornaments, metal painted black, and looks darn nice. Two piece porcelain dial, open escape, good hands, correct back cover and pendulum. 8 day movement, strikes a standing gong half hours, running. Looks like a clock Ansonia might have made.
