The statue is signed, "Aug.Moreau", and the bag has initials, "P.L.M." inscribed. The statue is just under 17 inches and with the base is 24 inches tall. The statue was refinished in Syrian Bronze by Bruce Baziluk, so you know it was done right. The usual round French movement, bell strike, and running. Signed, "L.Marti". We sold an identical clock in our auction about 5 years ago and it brought $2250. It was nice, but this one is near perfect.
