As is the case many times, the French used both brass-bronze and spelter on the same clock, depending on the castings needed for a particular piece. The clock is 17.5 inches high and the urns are 14 inches high. There are no breaks or repairs to the marble or metal, all 12 turned feet are original. What you may not notice are the female heads on both sides of the urns. As usual, the 8 day round French movement is bell strike and has an outside count. It is not signed anywhere but the silver bell is signed, "AA".
