This early model has a very nice signed paper dial, later models had a silvered metal dial. Cases were made with a rubbed mahogany finish and were 39 inches long. The old original finish is now crusty or crazed. Some like it original and others can't wait to clean the crazing and make it shine. Movement is 8 day, strikes half hours on a long gong rod. Convex glass over the dial, original throat and bottom glasses, a little flaking on both. Recently serviced, runs and strikes as it should. Ly-Ingraham No. 241.
