An early shelf clock, c.1877. Everything has a patent date on it, the pendulum, dial pan, movement, label on the back is so dark and dilapidated you can't read what model it is and it is not pictured in the Ingraham books. The most unusual feature of this clock, is the door. It is covered with gutta purcha, and some has chipped off, mostly on the left edge. Old case is dirty, top broken and repaired, but is still a very unusual restorable piece of clock history.
