8 day, time and strike. Dial signed "Made by Seikosha, Tokoyo, Japan", and another place, "Trade Mark Seikosha". The original paint is flaking on the left side. Like our American gallery clocks there is a trap door at the bottom to access the pendulum. I hung a pendulum on the dirty movement and it ran and ran. I feel sure you will want to clean it. The oak case is 16 inches in diameter, has no fatal flaws, but the wood looks dry. Most of the label (in Japanese) remains on the back.
